theyre referring to the Mitchell 3 PR that said production was 25-30 bopd and also said they expected Mitchell 4 to be marginally better than 3. but intstead of 4 being only 5-10% more than 3, its running 45-50 a day which is "almost double". production rate for 3 hasnt changed. if you take the 25-30 a day from 3 and add the 45-50 a day from 4 you get a total of 70-80 total per day which was what they said in todays PR.
