Also IMO the Belize issue is sitting in the minds of investors. Though to me it's a pretty clear cut case on the out come, but others may fear Treaty will get booted, possibly legal actin taken against them for violating the " laughable injunction " by Oceana.

It's far fetched as I know how other Gov'ts operate, but as long as there are those that spill fear into the air, it will be a tough climb.

Until, of course as DTL and many others has posted, Treaty proves to us they are the real deal. IMO they are doing an outstanding job, but there is always room for improvement.
