I wish it were that simple.  I could be wrong but by the time we get 1.8mm shares sold there will be many additional MM's coming inbetween the .02 and .07 with one thousand (.001) increments up to .07.  IMO we will need to chew through .021-.029 then .031 thru .039, etc before we  get to .07's.  It won't be that linear but I doubt we bounce through .03s-.06's with only 1.8mm shares.  In my opinion it would take 15mm shares or better to break throught the manipulation and hit .07's.  TECO doesn't have that level of audience yet and they are slow to retaining attention.  I think we will be on a consistent up trend but IMO it will be slow just like the oil business.  Unless of course we have a major catalyst.  Wasn't Mitchell 3 and 4 suppose to be a major catalyst or the BK dismissal?   Baby steps!
