L2's are very dynamic! Could head lower mid-day or we get some late day news catalyst that blows the socks off the MM's and hedgies and we run hard or we stay in the high .019's, low .02's.  Looking better than I thought for a Friday which is generally a slow trading day.  Summer vacations, long weekend getaways, etc all effect the market.
