Do you believe only $10,000.00 is left to convert?  It also would depend on what level they're converted at. Worst case scenario would be $10,000.00 @ 0.0001 which would be an additional 100mil shares. Uggg! Kind of looks as though the prs were all along; up to now, were meant to prop up the sp and nothing else. If this is true then the ss should end up around 800ml. No so bad I guess for a pinky, provided they don't just liquidate the remaining A/S just to expedite the dreaded R/S.
