The problem is no one knows how much Cds left to be converted as of today!  Their last financials ending March 31 listed something like 367k of Cds which seems to indicate that Joe has not converted on time.  If he had done so, our earlier estimates would have top off around 6-700 Mil shares fully converted provided share price remained above .001+.
