My thoughts.

2 - Former directors fired. Probably due to poor performance. Unless they had a binding contract they would have no recourse for compensation.

1 - Bozo ( DAVID McCOURTNEY ) who sold for a penny because the risk was to great. No one held a gun to his head. Wants us to reimburse him for his bad investment decisions. I would personally be ashamed as a MAN to go after others because of my poor decisions. Guess that speaks for it's self in his case

Mac & Chez - I do not know enough to make a comment either way. But thinking that if it cleared customs in both U S and Belize it probably has clear title.

And a previous case was rendered that Treaty was founded by fraud. I do not no the details but if so why would  the presiding judge of that case let Treaty continue.

Something just stinks with this case.
