The thing that amazes me is that this doesn't seem like it has much of a chance at succeeding based upon what I've read.  Also isn't it quite possible that the petitioners could be looking at potential damages heading their way?  I'm prepared for either outcome, but just wondering how one of the petitioners could possibly look at the risk / reward ratio and think that there is a good chance that they would come out on top????
