given what GM has done so far, one wonders about lack of revenues.  I don't know, but believe that it has to do with having their own channel and the VizzAds platform.....no idea what's left to implement.  I can see why other businesses would want the compression tech and give right of usage, (pass on laws, regs. patents), yet protective of advert revenues. I imagine the Open Forum policy has some guidelines.                                                                                        When things do come together, "for whom the bell tolls" may be apt for others.
