Imo with a lobbyist working for himr and being a shareholder with as long as its been announced one would hope that the concession or concessions would be made final and public by next week. I mean from what I understand the lobbyist is the one that brought one or both concessions to the attention of himr. So I hope they make the announcement known next week with proof and details.
