2 weeks is "old"... LOL.  Current filings are always current news.

I have no "need" to do anything regarding SIRG.  I just simply stated information from SIRG's last report to show forrealb that CDM Smith has and will do work for notes.  Whether one takes that information as negative or not is up to the individual investor.  Even J Rod himself stated in a PR a week ago " investors should rely only on publicly available information contained in our SEC filings ".

It is unfortunate that anyone that posts factual information is jumped on so harshly.  New investors that read these boards probably don't view the "mafia style" reactions too kindly.

I have always known that the mine is real but SIRG has never been and is still not a "mining company".  In fact they are a Development Stage Company with a SIC industry classification as  Blank Checks.  When SIRG processes their first ounce of copper, then they are a mining company.
