hmm..so you're telling me that if I were to acquire common shares of the "other" companies involved. the formula will stay the same? are all the other companies planning to uplist to AMEX or equivalent, or this has no baring? reason I am asking is because it was noted that 2.50 or more will be the pps upon uplist. needless to say my 1 preferred will be converted to 100,000 common @ the price of 2.50 per. is this a standard price which was chosen to be the reward for preferred share holders as an incentive? I'm just learning this stuff as I go along.
