No worries Lamlam!  The underwriter will use LICENSED stock promoters to kick up the volume.  We are not talking about stock manipulators like awsomepennystocks or any of that crap.  There is a BIG difference between penny stock promoters and licensed promoters.  Licensed promoters don't control the float and can not short the stock.
