As mediscience has said they were bought out by Mayan Minerals whose name was apparently changed to Rift-which from the info on its face doesnt have the ability to buy CWRN controlling interest-
so it might be back to the drawing board on Navial- I believe its somebody who already owns substantial concessions in the area to have the familiarity w CWRN, iron mining, ability to rapidly resurrect financials and prospectus etc-that doesnt fit RIFT-maybe Rift has since been bought out-I dont know anybody else in baja area w the necessary credentials-Navial owned as of 2009 website 1.15 million acres- almost all the land around CWRN's in holdings- does anybody else in the area have holdings anywhere near that large????
