a couple have pointed out that Navial has been bought out some time ago-did that include you- I dont remember the name of the buying company-which would create an even larger company w more resources
another interesting thing- 1 of their divisions supplies the ships and huge cranes etc-they planned on creating their own ship loading facility prior to the opening of the planned Colonet port-which of course has been stopped by various concerns etc as posted here in past articles-so unless they change plans their plan was to create that shiploading facility S of Ensenada not far opposite baja 14
