I 100% agree, which is why I thought everyone should read this.  I appreciated Manroop sharing it with all of us and allowing it to be posted here!

I really understood where Steve was coming from with the gagged TA.  I also believe it is incredible that he takes the time out of his busy schedule to address this board like he does.
