So we shouldnt act like impatient kids on Xmas!
It makes perfect sense that getting share info out before a deal is announced would only fuel wild speculation and give the bashers ammo. I can just see it: I called the TA and found out about 135 million shares, omg its dilution, yada yada yada! The boats sinking, we're all gonna die! Oh no!
Id rather not have to go through that (more than we already do)!!
