You are right JB, Lonnie had a right to sell and that sale did screw up the share structure once again. HIMR put out three press releases about a 500 million share reduction, and this one conversion brought the number of shares back up by 1.109 billion. This is not the right direction by any means, and Hollund must tell us if they intend to reduce more. After all, we were told the O/S could be brought down to 2.8 billion before this conversion happened, so do they still intend to hit that number?
As for why he sold now? Who knows. But it does sound as though there were some ill feelings regarding past events, so with Lonnie out of the picture (if this was him converting) things might move more smoothly going forward. We must wait to see.
