Concession and funding-nothing else will do it. If Ole Lonnie sold his shares, more power to him. They were his to sell. Maybe he gave the money to his grandson to start a business or went to the casino and blew it. Doesn't matter. I would sell mine too. But the real guestion is why he would sell them at this point.
