Interesting.  They do not have much written about the agreement... I was going off of one of BMSN's filings.... Do they have the actual contract anywhere?

And if its a put option.... well....  Then technically isn't it Koos himself whose operating this show?  Isn't he specifically responsible for the decline in share price?..... It seems like he needed cash fast..... thats why the southridge option exists I suppose. 

What does southridge get out of this?  Cheaper than anybodies shares, as per supplied by Koos himself, but he can literally indefinitely dilute and still make profit with this agreement....
Its frightening.

Btw. this is not based on fact- literally some questions that have just been bothering me.  This is in no way reality nor reflect what is happening with bmsn.......  I'm just missing out on info.  Please fill me in!
