The price averaging mechanism is to reduce volatility in the purchase price which probably was included to lure them in and prevent Koos from selling only at high prices or on momentum spikes. It makes it easier for them to make a profit also. But they buy directly from bmsn. I think that is likely where most of the dilution went.
