I'm more interested in the fact that they are keeping current with there filings and being as transparent as possible. Its the only thing that I'm concerned with.  It shows a company trying to be legit and on the up and up.

Im sure mizer leaving was a mutual agreement.  I'm under the assumption that perhaps koos wants more of a hand in daily operations now, because possibly things maybe heating up from now till q3.  I believe they are prepping for something big.

We usually get a follow up PR whenever these filings are PR'd so load up whatever you can on monday.  Huge gains ahead at any moment.  Just be prepared
