I now realize the S-1 registration statement,accompanied by financials and the prospectus would precede the record date-thus sec or finra would order dtc (reportedly owned by brokers as Sunny told us from another board a long time ago-can u remind us what board that was Sunny) and brokers to remove restrictions-thus allowing everybody to make a reasoned decision to hold or sell based on the sec registration statement, financials,and prospectus,which should tell us everything we need to know about the new management

thus dtc /broker restrictions would be removed for everybody
