actually exchanged after the record date-but holders of record as of the record date will have shares automatically exchanged by brokers at the later date to be specified in the next coming PR which lists the record date and probably the actual exchange date and expounds on these things further

so in this order-

1- another coming PR to further explain further

2- weeks? later -record date

3-  days? later-- automatic exchange of shares for new ticker symbol and cusip # on a 1000;1 basis

logically broker restrictions would be removed before the record date to give everybody the same fight or flight decision making capability but I was never interested in these things whatsoever so there has to be some more knowledgeable about that than me
