Hello All.  Just felt I should post that I did not receive a response from HIMR today.  Of course if I had, I would have posted right away and I suspect that goes without saying.  Mr. Jason Novack was gracious in taking our call yesterday, and he was very cordial, warm, and friendly.   He did affirm that Hollund is serious about its stated share reduction program, but emphasized that they had no control over beneficial shareholders who have a legal right to convert all the shares they want any time they want.  I asked if they currently had an agreement in place with the beneficial shareholders so more conversions would not take place, and he said they do not.   So I suggested they may wish to consider such a conversation and agreement.

There really is little more I can add.  I feel Junebug did an excellent job of summing up the current situation with HIMR, and I suggest everyone read his post made this morning.   A letter was drafted expressing our concerns, and it is this letter (or e-mail) that we hope we will receive a response too.  As I stated, nothing yet.
