Progress at Baltia is looking great.  The purchase of the Citation gave me an idea.  I get this from living here in Vegas.   Charter flights for high roller Russians who come in from the transatlantic flight.  Put a Vegas package together and Baltia can continue to obtain revenue from the plane.
