I received an email from Leo that included the Kevetrin dose escalation protocol. It is much more aggressive than anyone has discussed so far, and even more aggressive than I remembered. I had thought it was 100%, 100%, 67%, 67%, 67%, 50% thereafter. But from the chart below and based on the discussion at IDEAS (my opinion), the dose escalation has been as follows 10mg/m2, 20mg/m2, and 40mg/m2. IMO, they are currently waiting approval for either 100% or 67%, but more likely it will be the higher escalation, or 80mg/m2.
