Exactly what I was looking for! Thank you again for the not only quick responses but informative ones. Again, I only seek the facts for my DD so I can make a better informed decision and before I recommend this as a BUY to any one else I might know who is interested.

I have been purchasing physical gold and silver for about 10 years now. One thing I learned as a young investor was having something you can hold in your hands is more valuable then paper in a broker account. With the decline of paper gold, it's been a great opportunity to get into gold stocks at a discount. We all know the take down of paper gold was and is a completely faux pas by banks looking to get out of gold contracts while physical supplies run low.

I think backing every share with physical gold in a vault locked away is a smart idea. It really guarantees the price of the stock, even when the market doesn't realize the value. As an individual investor, it is the company that can hold out the down trends that will catch my eye. I will be interested to learn more about OODH through filings because it does sounds like you have a plan and are sticking to it.
