If the rig claim were true I would understand him filing. Because he was wronged. That is to be seen though. The two fired directors, why it would come up 3 years later and not filed shortly after they were fired, I do not have the answer.
The big joke is the one guy D McCourntney, who voluntarily attempted to recruit me because he lost a lot of money as he sold for $.01, because of the FAKE OIL FIND. Even after treaty filed (2) 8 K's announcing hydrocarbons on SJ's Wells, he still proceeded because TD, Junk and the rest of the crew.
He for sure did it for greed. No reason except to have us reimburse him for his bad investment decision.
