Ah, I had been working on this and saw your post

If kevetrin started showing results in mice at 100mg/kg, then 100mg/kg mouse * 3/37 = 8.108mg/kg for an adult

the kg to m^2 conversion for an adult is 60kg/1.6m^2
--
8.108mg/kg*60 /1.6 = 304mg/m^2 (a few dose escalations away eh?)
