So - first cohort dose is traditionally quite conservative. New trial models are emerging now for trialing novel agents that allow for larger starting doses based on the lower toxicity profiles these agents tend to have - but I don't think ctix branched out to new model. So - the 10mg/m2 is likely quite a small dose. And because Kevetrin is novel agent - we cannot compare it to other drugs. It is its own class.
