That's for a license, 1 billion in upfront and benchmark payments including approval and marketing. That doesn't include the back-end royalties and annual fees. A buyout is a different set of numbers, and I agree with Dr J, Prurisol alone is worth $30 billion, including potentially $7 billion a year in sales and 20 years left on the patent and rights.
