As crazy as these guys write or sound;  they could be wearing three piece suits and have millions in their checking accounts.  If they don't then their backers might and they are trying to put us out of business.  Standing idle is not an option.  All shareholders should join any forthcoming class action if the law permits it.  As Bull mentioned;  let's see what TECO's response is first.  Why would a Bankruptcy filing  end up in the hands of someone in Belize?
