Make no mistake about it;  there will be more threats and games played with the attempts to destroy TECO.  I'm been speaking about an "attack" for well over a year now.  You've been in penny stocks for a long time so you know the extents that hedgies and big business will go to in order to disrupt or destroy business.  TECO needs to be prepared for anything and last year all they did was play into their hands.  Have someone drive to the court and see if the BK is on a docket for hearing whether headquarters was served or not.
