Umm, crazy you say? I beg to differ. When we bought out our competitor a few years ago, we took over their book or business, their accounts and brought on a few of their employees. Their owner was nice enough to continue to employ the rest of his people for a couple of years and paid them himself. We never even met those people and had nothing to do with them. But make no mistake, everything else belonged to us. This isnt uncommon.
