You are right... I have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. That has to be the most absurd business transaction I have heard of.... you took control of the assets, lay claim to the revenue production, but don't own the company and hence the liabilities and costs of production?????... that's crazy. How do you do business? How is such a creature recognized by the IRS? Who files tax's ? the"Asset owners reporting revenue on the 10K or the "Company Owners" who employ the workers?
