What do you think of the share structure? It seems that as long as there is no dilution it has been OK to leave as be, no harm no foul. Yes, it is large, but as long as it is stable I am OK with that.

Do you know if there are any requirements before a company can consider a reverse split? For example, given the status of CWRN right now, would they be able to effect a R/S easily?
