70000 tons at 130/ton is over 9 million- the inventory as per several peoples estimates is up to 100 million-this has been the most undervalued stock for a long time -bashers use to try to privately show  me stocks more undervalued -and I showed them they werent(all stocks they showed me had negative income)-and they dont even try anymore

I've posted many times- starting w a powerful politicians thinking as shown in public TV documentaries and Charlie Rose show that business was evil and had to be stopped-couldnt do anything about big business so reportedly hired 100's of new sec lawyers/staff to go after small business and greenlight otc dtcc brokers etc to do what they always wanted to do -which was attack these low priced pennies which normally cant fight back-a cowardly watergate style breakin that has cost longs millions of dollars-

and CWRN couldnt file financials to upgrade classification or uplist because as we now know as per the complaint allegations their JVA partner was commingling and refused to supply some accounting records- which seems to be confirmed by  the no-nos and the Baja 30's failure to even appear in Ca court to contest the allegations-very unusual-

nobody has downloaded the June 7 Ca court hearing info to see exactly what it says -i dont have the particular credit cards required by the court site-logically either to compel production-but would seem time for that is over, or enter the default judgment forecast by the entry of default Dec 1-but court seemingly has to determine enough info by fiat if necessary to give CWRN certainty of accounting records so CWRN can file financials and uplist as per May 26 2011 PR
