If it is his responsibility then it would have been Steve's responsibility and no one demanded a damn thing from Samblis. But now collins has to stop and answer your questions. Right. He will have an announcement when they get it figured out. I agree,Steve should have handled this differently. He isn't required to tell you anything right now. A fiduciary responsibility requires him to maintain a set of books and be responsible for the corp. money and assets. If he wants to he can wait until the Q,and I wouldn't blame him. Also,he doesn't have to tell you about the alleged fraud until it is investigated.
