You wrong on this, shelby.  Collins DOES owe us an explanation.  We're the shareholders.  In his role as President, he has a fiduciary responsibility.

Accusations of fraud are a big deal.  He has yet to say where that fraud is, leaving us to assume he is talking about his personal employment contract, as that is the only thing he has posted for us to see.

Any executive worth his salt would have handled this differently -- don't you agree?
