You are right about the trial structure. The judge will try to get both sides to settle so it doesn't take so much of the court's time. But, if the parties want a jury trial it will take even longer with more expense involved for everyone, the parties lawyers will rack up and we the shareholders will lose much no matter which way it goes. Sorry I know it's not a pretty picture but it is reality. GLTA
