And Deputy tell them if you can, how after thousands, or in this case even tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees... a judge will do everything in their power to get the 2 parties to settle this thing prior to an actual trial.  Even the lawyers will be urging a settlement rather than leave this up to a judge or jury to decide the case.  There will be enormous pressure, both legal and financial, to settle this dispute out of court the closer it gets to an actual trial.  Why not save the money and negotiate in good faith now, before the lawyers bleed everyone dry !
