What exactly is strategic, is the repositioning of West Texas we've almost competed.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see we don't have any production numbers yet.

When has West Texas been really, about finding oil? We certainly are about drilling now. We seemed to have mostly bought it in the past. Please spare me the prior circus.
