Yeah, well put. At the very least his is certainly a waste of valuable time that could have building the co.  Obviously its not business as usual during normal work hours,  So CEO and Prez not working together for a week now, how have employees been affected and who's on who's side.  Its a huge distraction... what's not getting done right now?
