My guess on that is it has already been achieved but was not able to be put on the k. I'm betting we see it on the Q though. And I think Collins didn't understand that I could t be out on the last filing which led to a lot of this mess. Sounds like he doesn't know much of what he's doing or even realize what he did pulling the stunt he did.
