Yep.  IF he filed the complaint -- all we have is him saying he did.  And of course, anyone can file a complaint in a couple minutes online with the SEC.

He has not mentioned anything so far that the SEC would be interested in, IMO.

BUT, he has opened himself up to shareholder lawsuits if his claims are unsubstantiated, considering he has decimated the PPS.  AND if he or anyone related to him in any way has benefitted from this -- LOOK OUT!!

I think PNCH would be better off without him.  We can get another person to run the show, if that's what it takes!  Someone who actually knows something!!
