Yeah  it was unclear to me as well. Obviously we have a major developement here but moving fwd, things like need to be much clearer.  But you are correct, I remember an early accusation that the change to upfront and venue was in fact a cancelation of the SH meeting, and Im pretty sure the answer was that the SH meeting had NOT been canceled.  Which was probably the case at the time.. but then there you go, several weeks later & I guess there was no shareholders meeting?  Well obviously there are some in house issues & the K was not out yet, so the state of things at the time AS WELL AS NOW,  may have put the kabash on having/calling it- an "official shareholders meeting"
