I read it the same way you did. First the shareholder's meeting, then such a high response they were moving it to another location. Then that turned into an upfront and the shareholder's meeting was to be before the upfront. So I don't know why Steve said there was not a shareholder's meeting either.

This is where I get confused again....since this was only starting out as a shareholders meeting....where did the large response come from that they had to get a larger location??? Especially since it only said shareholder's meeting to begin with.  I'm still not sure I understand exactly what happened to take it from a shareholder meeting to a shareholder meeting/upfront to just an upfront?
