Jc has made some VERY public threats. I suspect he feels like he has a demonstrable/substantiated complaint. Both of which are not good for shareholders (which includes himself).

I am going to go out on a limb and say BS on the complaint. He didn't file one! The PR placement was deliberately obscure. IMHO....he wants to force SS to the table to get his contract woven into the public record (which is material to the SEC filings)... his olive branch statement is a pure tell! Amend the K and it will all go away!

Nonetheless the damage is already done with the slanderous banter in the public forum... nobody is backing down at this point. Hold on to your seat!
