Yep, if there is equal voting power it's a better idea to have a tie breaker.

So what is the point to all this? The energy spent here is geared towards only one individual. I'm unimpressed by the actions of JC. I'm not discounting his grievance, but bringing things to a screeching halt over the issue is bad medicine.
I don't think JC has a clue to how this effected Friday's trading or really gave thought to near term share price.
